Trigger point dry needling (TDN) is a fast and effective way for PTs to treat pain and dysfunctions in your neuromusculoskeletal system. We use thin filament needles and insert them into trigger points that are found during your evaluation. The immediate effects following TDN are increased range of motion, decreased pain, improved movement, and decreased muscular tightness/restriction.
